This policy is written for our current small-business website. It does not claim compliance with any certification or privacy framework that we have not separately obtained.

2How We Use Information

  • Create and manage customer accounts, profiles, carts, favorites, and account security.
  • Respond to calls, texts, item submissions, product inquiries, contact requests, and customer-support messages.
  • Process orders, prepare invoices, arrange pickup or shipping, and maintain purchase records.

  • Prevent fraud, protect inventory, secure the website, troubleshoot errors, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations.
  • Send service messages, order communications, and marketing updates where you have opted in or where permitted by law.
  • Understand site performance and improve our website, shop, services, and customer experience.

3Cookies, Local Storage, and Analytics

The site uses essential cookies and browser storage for authentication, language routing, cart behavior, favorites, cookie notice preferences, and basic security. We also use normal hosting logs. During this audit, no Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or similar behavioral advertising pixel was found in the app source.

If we add non-essential analytics or advertising tools later, we should update this policy and the Cookie Preferences page before enabling them.
