Solid sterling silver oval brooch featuring openwork "JC" block-letter monogram initials set within a smooth oval frame. The piece is dual-use: a standard pin-stem with roll-over catch is fitted on the back for wearing as a brooch, and a small jump-ring bail is also attached at the top for wearing as a pendant on a chain. The back is stamped both "925" and "STERLING", confirming solid sterling silver composition. The surface shows a brushed/textured finish with age-appropriate patina and light wear consistent with a vintage piece. Measures approximately 1.75 inches wide by 1.25 inches tall. Weighs 12 grams.
