Solid sterling silver teaspoon by Frank Smith Silver Co., measuring 5.7 inches in length and weighing 31 grams. The handle features elaborate Rococo-style relief work with scrolling acanthus leaves, shell motifs at the shoulder and bowl junction, and a decorative finial — all in high detail. The bowl is plain and polished with a smooth oval form. Marked on the reverse with the maker's mark, STERLING, and the letter E.
